Full of flavour, these honeys are indigenous to SOUBRAS and Sauze d'Oulx. These honeys are derivated from a variety of wildflowers and plants which are blooming during summers months, such as wild orchids, juniper, thistles, wild cherry, larchs and many others.
Taste varies from year to year based on what's in bloom.
